Being a portion of Parcel 1, of Parcel Map No. 20194, as filed in Book 124, Page(s) 94 through
95, inclusive, of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, State of California, lying within
Fractional Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M., more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot "D" as shown on said Parcel Map, said point being
on the southerly right of way line of Monte Verde Road as shown per said Parcel Map No.
20194;
thence along said southerly right of way line, South 88 °20'40" East 31.92 feet;
