PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of Lot 332 of Tract Map 30009, as filed in Book 342, Pages 1 through 14,
inclusive, of maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, State of
California, being within Section 8, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, said portion more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most Northerly corner of said Tract Map 30009, said corner being
a point on the centerline of Pourroy Road as shown on said Tract Map;
THENCE along the Northeasterly line of said Tract Map 30009, South 43 0 35'29" East, a
distance of 44.18 feet to an angle point therein;
THENCE continuing along said Northeasterly line, South 25 0 38'41" East, a distance of
2.54 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Lot 332, said point being on the
Southeasterly 44.00 foot half width right of way line of Pourroy Road as shown on said
Tract Map 30009, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
