Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of Parcel C
of Lot line Adjustment No. 4691 recorded February 20, 2004 as Document No. 2004 - 0118105 of
Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County and reflected in a
grant deed recorded November 22, 2005 as Document No. 2005 - 0971214 of Official Records of
said Riverside County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly terminus of that certain course described as "North 30 0 56'51"
West 96.69 feet" for a portion of the southwesterly line of Parcel 7 as described in the easement
