THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property granted by the
easement dated March 31. 2015 from Warren T Whalen and Tami A. Whalen
husband and wife, as ioint tenants to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby
accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of
the public for public road and utility purposes, including drainage purposes, and
subject to improvements, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the
authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 38, of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5
through 9, inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, being
the southerly half of lot "B" of said Tract No. 28429, lying adjacent to said Lot 38, lying within the
following described parcel:
In the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of
Lot "B" of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5 through 9, inclusive,
of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, lying within portions of
Parcels 1 and "D" of Parcel Map No. 22375, as shown on the map filed in Book 144, Pages 7
