California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of

through 9, inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, being
the southerly half of lot "B" of said Tract No. 28429, lying adjacent to said Lot 44, lying within the
following described parcel:
In the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of
Lot "B" of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5 through 9, inclusive,
