That portion of Lot 5, of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5 through
9, inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, being the
northerly and easterly half of lot "B" of said Tract No. 28429, lying adjacent to said Lot 5, lying
within the following described parcel:
In the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of
Lot "B" of Tract No. 28429, as shown on the map filed in Book 272, Pages 5 through 9, inclusive,
of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, lying within portions of
