RELINQUISHMENT OF HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY IN THE
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, ROAD 08 -RIV- 215 -pM 38.9139.7

WHEREAS, by Relinquishment Cooperative Agreement dated
August 12, 2009, and by Amendment No. 1 to Agreement, dated June
25, 2012, between the County of Riverside and the State of
California, the County waived the 90 -day notice requirement and
agreed to accept title to highway collateral facilities, referred
to as RELINQUISHED FACILITIES in said agreement, upon
relinquishment thereof to said County by the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired right of
way for the above - mentioned collateral facilities in the County
of Riverside, along Route 215, on Sycamore Canyon Boulevard and
Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, this Commission has found and determined, and
does hereby find and determine, that it is desirable and in the
public interest that said collateral facilities be relinquished
to the County of Riverside for use as county roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS VOTED by the California
Transportation Commission that it relinquish, and it does hereby
relinquish, to the County of Riverside, effective upon the
recordation of a certified copy hereof with the Recorder of
Riverside County, all of the State of California's right, title
and interest in and to said collateral facilities in said County,
together with the right of way and appurtenances thereof,
described as follows:
All that portion of collateral facilities shown as
SEGMENTS 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, in the County of Riverside, State of
California, to be relinquished as shown on a map recorded on July
16, 2015 as Document No. 2015- 0312282 and filed on said date in
State Highway Map Book No. 12, Pages 28 to 30, both in Official
Records in the office of the County Recorder of said county;
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the State of California, a
Permanent Retaining Wall Easement from the highway hereby
relinquished in Segment 2 as shown on said Document and Map.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the State of California, a

relinquished in Segment 3 as shown on said Document and Map.
