easement dated March 3. 2014 from Mary A. Graham, surviving trustee of
the Mary A. Graham and Raymond J. Graham Revocable Trust, as to an
undivided 50% interest and Laurra Marie Maddock Successor Trustee of
to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road and utility
purposes, including drainage purposes, and subject to improvements, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf
of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly

Being a portion of Lot 1 of the Amended Map of Woodcrest Acres No.S, per map filed in Book
18, page 39 of Maps, records of said Riverside County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 1;
Thence North 0 °15'24" East along the easterly line thereof, a distance of 629.71 feet to the
southeasterly corner of that certain road easement described in document recorded October 18,
