DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of Lot 345 of Tract Map 36376 -1 as filed in Book 437, Pages 51 through 64,
inclusive, of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, State of California,
lying within Section 8, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
said portion more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 345, said corner also being a point on
the Southerly right of way line of Honey Pine Road (30.00 foot half width) as shown on said
Tract Map 36376 -1;
THENCE along the Easterly line of said Lot 345, South 18 0 00'35" East, a distance of 132.30 feet
to the beginning of a non - tangent 48.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly, a radial line bears
North 87 °38'45" West;
THENCE continuing Southerly along said Easterly line and the are of said curve through a
central angle of 07 °06'58 ", a distance of 5.96 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE non - tangent to said curve South 71'59'25" West, a distance of 34.46 feet;
