clearance may be dependent on the submittal of street improvement plans, the opening of an IP
account, and payment of the processing fee. Otherwise, please submit required grading plan to the

system plans to the Office of the Fire Marshal for review and approval.
The required water system, including fire hydrants, shall be installed, made serviceable, and be
accepted by the Office of the Fire Marshal prior to beginning construction, They shall be maintained
accessible.
