953o_gr2M GENERAL NOTES: 1. EROSION CONTROL IS REQUIRED FOR GRADING OPERATIONS DURING THE RAINY SEASON, FROM OCTOBER 15 TO APRIL 15, APPROVED PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ROUGH GRADING. 2. GRADING AREAS AROUND THE TRACT PERIMETER MUST DRAIN AWAY FROM THE FACE OF SLOPE AT THE CONCLUSION OF EACH WORKING DAY. 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE AND SWILL TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT PUBLIC TRESPASS ONTO AREAS WHERE IMPOUNDED WATER CREATES A HARARDOUS CONDITION. 10. DESIL71NG BASINS ARE TO BE CONSTRUCTED AS GRADING OF INDIVIDUAL GRADING AREAS ARE COMPLETE PER ROUGH GRADING PLANS. 11. THE DESIGN CML ENGINEER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE PLAN AS DEEMED NECESSARY. 12. INFORMATION ON THIS PLAN IS FOR EROSION CONTROL ONLY.
