BACKGROUND: The Riverside County Transportation Department in conjunction with the Economic Development Agency and CSA 104 is requesting the acceptance of previously dedicated and reserved portions 18'h Avenue that has not yet been accepted for public use in order to allow future paving of these roads by the CSA. 181h Avenue is a circulation element road of the County of Riverside's General Plan and will provide an important connector within the Desert Edge and Sky Valley areas. The Desert Edge Community Council and the Sky Valley Community Council have been contacted and are in support of this action. Juan C.
