Those certain parcels of land situated in the County of Riverside, State of California, being a
portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 36315, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 232 of Parcel
Maps, at Pages 89 through 96, inclusive, together with a portion of Parcels 216 and 217 of
Parcel Map 36293 -1, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 234 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 24
through 50, inclusive, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County and State, lying within
the southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 8 East, San Bernardino
Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Jasper Lane and Ascot Drive as shown on said
Parcel Map 36293 -1;
Thence along the centerline of said Ascot Drive South 00 0 00'00" East, 80.00 feet;
Thence leaving said centerline of said Ascot Drive South 90 0 00'00" West 20.00 feet to the west
