PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
That certain parcel of land situated in the County of Riverside, State of California, being a
portion of Parcel 225 of Parcel Map 36293 -1, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 234 of
Parcel Maps, at Pages 24 through 50, inclusive, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County and State, lying within the southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 8
East, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Parcel 225 of Parcel Map 36293 -1, said point
also being on the west right -of -way line of Rogers Way, having a half- street width of 20.00 feet
as shown on said Parcel Map 36293 -1;
Thence along the west line of said Lot 225 South 00 0 00'00" West, 47.17 feet to the beginning of
a non - tangent curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 225.00 feet, a radial line of
said curve from said point bears North 77 °53'55" East, said point also being the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING;
Thence southeasterly along said concentric curve, an arc distance of 148.68 feet through a
central angle of 37 °51'43 ";
Thence non - tangent from said curve South 40 °02'12" West, 5.00 feet to the beginning of a non -
tangent curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 230.00 feet, said curve being
concentric with and distant 30.00 feet southwesterly of, as measured radial to, the centerline of

Thence northerly along said concentric curve, an arc distance of 132.49 feet through a central
