BACKGROUND: The applicant has requested this vacation which is a condition approval for
PUP 00575R1. The PUP will develop the property as a single campus to provide area for
expansion of the Senora De Guadalupe Catholic Church facilities.

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of 6th Street and 7th Street were
conveyed to the County of Riverside as an easement for public road and drainage
purposes, including public utility and public services, over, upon, across, and within the
real property in the County of Riverside, State of California, but not accepted into the
County Maintained Road System by Instrument No. 194551, recorded on July 14,
1988, Official Records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of Home Avenue was dedicated
but not accepted by Deed recorded November 19, 1946, in Book 799, Page 273 and
274, Official Records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, applicable procedures pertaining to summary vacations were
followed pursuant to the County's adopted Resolutions for fixing procedures to vacate
and accept county highways and property offered for dedication, now therefore;

3 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
4 Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
5 assembled on April 34 , 2013, as follows:

7 1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code, that
8 those portions of 6th Street, 7th Street, and Home Avenue are excess and are
9 no longer required for right -of -way purposes and are hereby summarily vacated.

I 1 Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California and are described
12 as follows:

14 6' Street and 7th Street (See Exhibits "A" and "B ")
15 Those portions of 6th Street (48.77 feet) and 7 Street (16.37 feet) conveyed to
16 the County of Riverside by Easement, recorded July 14, 1988, as Instrument No.
17 194551, Official Records of the Recorder, Riverside County, California.

20 That portion of Home Avenue (60.00 feet) conveyed to the County of Riverside

8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
9 of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
10 the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Those portions of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 8, Township 7 South,
Range 9 East, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
Parcel 1(7" Street)
Commencing at the center comer of said Section 8, said point also being on the centerline of Dale
Kiler Road (30 foot easterly half width) as shown on a Record of Survey filed in Book 76, Page 21 of
Records of Survey, records of Riverside County;
Thence South 00° 09' 06" East, along the centerline of Dale Kiler Road, per deed recorded
September 15, 1914 in Book 401, Page 380. of Official Records of Riverside County, California,
