Beginning at the intersection of me easterly line ofTmct 22100 as shown by map
on file in Book 240 pages 61 through M. inclusive, of maps, Records of Riverside
County, State of California, and the southerly line of that certain strip of land.
66.00 feet in width, dedicated to the County of Riverside for Right of Way
purposes, Recorded August 18, 1988 as Instrument Nu. 234170, Official records of
said County, said intersection being 33.00 feet southerly of me centerline of
Mariposa Avenue, measured at right angles, and the True Point of Beginning;
Thence South 89 0 52 1 40" East along the southerly line of said 66.00 foot right of
way, a distance of 485.93 fact to its intersection with the westerly line of Tract
16764 -1 as shown by map on file in Book 156 pages 53 and 54, of maps, records
of Riverside Cowry,
Thence South 00 West along said westerly line of Tract 16764 -1, a distance
