The applicant, K. B. Coastal Homes, wishes to vacate the restricted access along an existing private access easement to allow for access between said Murrieta Hot t1� Springs Road and Tract Map 29753 -1 to the south, within the City of Temecula, which has yet to k be fully constructed.
