RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the Heard! of Supervisors adopt Resolution No 2013 -056,
accepting potions of Grechen lane, Malaga Road. Aledch Street, Longview Lane, and
Henchmen Drive In the Romoland area
BACKGROUND: In order to improve water service to the owners along fine aforementioned
made, the resident, Eastern Municipal Water DisMCi has requested that the dedications of the
aforementioned roads, previously not accepted on various Parcel Maps, be accepted for public
road and utility purposes for the intention of constructing waterlines within the right -of -way by
encr oachment permit. Eastern Municipal Water District has nutted all property owners of the
intended improvements.
