of the northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 3 South, Range 4 East, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:

4 East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
thence 5.00 along the easterly line of said Section 9, 2555.75 feet to
a point that is 64.00 feet northerly measured at right angles from the
