BACKGROUND: Access across the southwesterly right -of -way line of Calle Contento was restricted by Parcel Map 21938, Filed in Book 146, Pages 56 and 57 of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, California. The applicant, Longshadow Ranch Winery, requests to vacate a portion of the restricted access along Calle Contento to provide a legal opening for the ingress and egress to the winery, as conditioned by Plot Plan 19998.
