SUBJECT: Summarily vacating the restriction of abutters' rights of access along a portion of
Sage Road, in the Sage area, Third District / Third District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2012 -077, summarily vacating the restriction
of abutters' rights of access along a portion of Sage Road.
BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting the vacation of a portion of the restriction of
abutters' rights of access along Sage Road in order to utilize an easement for ingress and
egress and public utilities, conveyed to them by their neighbor for access to their property.

SUMMARILY VACATING THE RESTRICTION OF ABUTTERS' RIGHTS OF ACCESS
ALONG A PORTION OF SAGE ROAD, IN THE SAGE AREA

WHEREAS, the restricted abutters' rights of access along Sage Road were
dedicated to the public by Tract Map No. 11430, filed in Book 106, Pages 83 through
87, inclusive, of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described portion of restricted abutters' rights of
access along Sage Road as shown on said Tract Map is no longer necessary, now
therefore; -
WHEREAS, applicable procedures pertaining to summary vacations were
followed pursuant to the County's adopted Resolutions for fixing procedures to vacate
and accept county highways and property offered for dedication;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on June 19 , 2012, as follows:

3 1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that
4 the hereinafter - described portion of restricted abutters' rights of access is no
5 longer needed and are hereby summarily vacated.

10 2. That the herein - described portion of restricted abutters' rights of
