RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -191
ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF COVENTRY LANE IN THE FRENCH VALLEY AREA
(Third Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described road was offered for dedication for road and
public utility purposes by the documents hereinafter- referred to, which offers of dedication
have not been previously accepted for public use by the County of Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on 11/06/12
2012, that this Board accepts the above mentioned portions of Coventry Lane and recognizes
that said road is a public road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance
is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road and utility purposes, and is not an acceptance of the road into the County Maintained
Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said road
will not become part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted
into said Maintained Road System by a resolution adopted by this Board;

Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows:
Coventry Lane (See attached Exhibit "A ")
Those portions of Coventry Lane (30.00 ft. and 60.00 feet wide) shown as lots "D ", "E ",
"F" and "G" on Parcel Map No. 12687, filed in Book 74, Page 42, of Parcel Maps,
Records of Riverside County, California, and those portions of Coventry Lane, shown
as Lots "E" and "F" on Parcel Map No. 12686, filed in Book 71, Page 91 of Parcel
Maps, Records of Riverside County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County,
California.
