That portion of Parcel 16 of Parcel Map No. 16557 as shown on a map recorded in Book 95,
Pages 58 through 61, inclusive, of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, State of
California, lying within Section 31, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M., more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Parcel 16;
Thence along the northerly line of said Parcel 16 South 89 °05'02" East 3.17 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said northerly line South 89 °05'02" East 128.68 feet to a point on a
non -tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 1441.00 feet, a radial line to
