LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being a 100 foot wide strip of land across a portion of Parcel 1 and Lots "P" and "Y" of Parcel
Map No. 16557 as shown on a map recorded in Book 95, Pages 58 through 61, inclusive, of
Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, State of California, along with a portion of Parcel 7
of Parcel Map No. 14390 as shown on a map recorded in Book 84, Pages 39 through 41
inclusive of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, State of California lying within Sections
30 and 31, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M. The centerline of said 100 foot wide strip
of land is more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast comer of said - section 31;
Thence along the northerly line of said Section 31 South 89 °43'42" West 2227.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
