Being a 20 foot wide strip of land across a portion of Lot "P" of Parcel Map No. 16557 as
shown on a map recorded in Book 95, Pages 58 through 61, inclusive, of Parcel Maps,
Records of Riverside County, State of California, and a portion of Parcel "B° of LLA 4764,
recorded 08/30/2004 as Instrument No. 686225, Official Records, Records of Riverside County,
State of California all lying within Section 31, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M. The
centerline of said 20 foot wide strip of land is more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the north quarter corner of said Section 31;
Thence along the northerly line of said Section 31 North 89 0 43'27" East 249.50 feet to a non -
tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 1450.00 feet, a radial line to the
