178 of Maps, pages 78 to 88 inclusive, Records of the County of Riverside, in the State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Basswood Drive and Cobble Drive as shown on Tract Map
23686, filed in Book 241 of Maps, pages 1 to 6 inclusive, Records of the County of Riverside, in the State
of California;
Thence South 06 0 41'57" West along the centerline of Cobble Drive, being 33' in half width per said Tract
23686, a distance of 42.48 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the west, having a radius
of 500.00 feet and a central angle of 3 °25'25';
Thence southerly along said curve and along said centerline, a distance of 29.88 feet;
Thence North 79 °52'37" West radial to said curve, a distance of 33.00 feet to a point on the westerly right
of way of Cobble Drive, said right of way being on a curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of
