In the Unincorporated County of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 8064, as per Map recorded in Book 29 of Parcel Maps,
Page 70, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, lying within Rancho
Pauba, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southerly most corner of said Parcel 1, said point being also a point
on the easterly right -of -way line of Anza Road 110.00 feet full wide as shown on said
Parcel Map No. 8064;
Thence North 48 22'26" East, along the southeasterly line of said Parcel 1, a distance
of 4.04 feet to the beginning of a non - tangent curve lying 4.00 feet northeasterly and
concentrically with the northeasterly right -of -way line of said Anza Road, said curve is
concave to the southwest, having a radius of 3059.00 feet, a radial bearing to said point
bears South 56 53'42" West;
Thence northerly and westerly along said concentric curve through a central angle of 7
41'29", an arc length of 410.64 feet to a point of tangency;
Thence North 40 47'47" West, along a line lying parallel with and 4.00 feet

northeasterly Anza Road right -of -way line, a distance of 163.95 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave to the southwest, having a radius of 3055.00 feet;
Thence southerly and easterly along said curve through a central angle of 7 42'09", an
arc length of 410.70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING a radial bearing to said point
bears South 56 54'22" East.
