Being a portion of the Northerly 180 feet of the Easterly 134 feet of Lot 36 of Re- Subdivision of
Glen Avon Heights, lying within fractional Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, County of Riverside, State of California, per Map recorded in Book 10,
Page 100, in the Recorder's Office of said County, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Ben Nevis Boulevard and Lindsay
Street as shown by said Map Book 10, Page 100, said intersection also shown on
Parcel Map 119, page 53, in the Office of said Recorder;
Thence westerly, along the centerline of said Ben Nevis Boulevard South 87°32'30"
West, a distance of 44.84 feet;
Thence southerly, leaving said Ben Nevis Boulevard centerline at a right angle South
