the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 11, T3S, R5E, San Bernardino
Base & Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California; also shown on Record
of Survey, on file in Book 13, Page 98 of Records of Survey, Records of Riverside
County, California and described as follows:
Commencing at the centerlines intersection of Dillon Road (55.00 feet half width) and
Corkill Road (50.00 feet half width), the said point being the Wl /4 Corner of
Section 11, T3S, R5E, SBM;
Thence N88° 42' 29 "W, 328.68 feet;
Thence SO 1" 17' 31 "W, 55.00 feet to a point in the southerly right of way line of
Dillon Road, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
