PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT - PM 36217
That certain parcel of land situated in the unincorporated territory of the County of Riverside,
State of California, being a portion of north half of Government Lot 1 of the Northwest Quarter of
Fractional Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 6 East, San Bernardino Meridian, according to
the official plat thereof approved February 29, 1856, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said north half of Government Lot 1, also being the
centerline intersection of Robert Road and Del Norte Way;
Thence along the easterly line of said Government Lot 1, North 00 °02'36" West 15.00 feet to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 15 feet northerly of the southerly line of said north half
of Government Lot 1;
Thence leaving said westerly line and along said parallel line South 89 °50'43 " West 576.68
feet;
Thence leaving said parallel line North 82 °18'53" West 109.97 feet to a point on a non - tangent
curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 48.00 feet, a radial line of said curve from
said point bears South 00 °09'17" East;
Thence along said curve southwesterly 56.95 feet through a central angle of 67 0 58'32" to its
