easement dated December 6, 2010 from Scott C. Hadley and Anita M.
Hadley, trustees of the Hadley Family Trust UDT March 10, 2004, to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in
the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public road, drainage and
