Being a portion of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 5 West, and within Rancho El
Sobrante De San Jacinto, Riverside County, California, as shown by map, filed in
Book 1, Page 8 of Maps, San Bernardino County, in the Office of the County
Recorder, Riverside County, California, described as follows;
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Multiview Drive and Straw Road,
as shown on Parcel Map No. 8338, filed in Book 34, Page 27 of Parcel Maps,
Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 00° 26'03" West, a distance of 42.14 feet to the intersection of the
southerly right of way of said Multiview Drive and the centerline of said Straw
Road, also being the True Point of beginning;
Thence along said southerly right of way North 51* 59' 15" East a distance of
19.15 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly right of way South 00 26'03" West, a distance of
11.02 feet;
Thence South 08° 46' 57" East a distance of 92.09 feet to a point .25 feet
westerly of the northwesterly property corner of Parcel 2, as shown on Parcel
