Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian according to the official plat thereof within the
unincorporated area of Riverside County, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Burton Road and Clayton Street as shown on
Parcel Map No. 9363 on file in Book 45, Page 36 of Parcel Maps, records of said Riverside
County.
Thence North 54° 06' 58" East, a distance of 75.34 feet along said centerline of Clayton Street;
