That certain parcel of land situated in the County of Riverside, State of California, being
that portion of Lot 23 of Oasis Palms, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 31, Pages
18 and 19 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, being
that portion of Section 22, Township 5 South, Range 7 East, San Bernardino Meridian,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 23, said comer lying on the westerly
right -of -way line of Clinton Street (30.00' feet in westerly half width);
