GRANT(S) to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, a political subdivision, an exclusive Temporary
Construction Easement to use the property in the County of Riverside, State of California,
referenced as Parcel 0389 -50A described in Exhibit A, and shown on Exhibit B, both attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for the construction of a road improvement
project by the Grantee on land other than such described property.
Such right may be exercised for four (4) months commencing on the date this Temporary
Construction Easement Deed is recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside
County or giving of thirty days written notice by Grantee, whichever occurs later.
After the expiration of the Temporary Construction Easement term, Grantee shall quitclaim its
interest in such property to Grantor or Grantor's successor.
Reasonable access to Grantor's property across this Temporary Construction Easement shall
be maintained by Grantee at all times during the term of this Easement.

That certain parcel of land situated in the County of Riverside. State of California, being
that portion of Lot 23 of Oasis Palms, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 31, Pages
18 and 19 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, lying in
a portion of Section 22, Township 5 South, Range 7 East, San Bernardino Meridian, more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Lot 23;
thence along the southerly line of said Lot 23 South 89 °54'00" West 6.77 feet to a point on
a non - tangent curve concave easterly and having a radius of 2039.00 feet said point being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, a radial line of said curve from said point bears
