CERTIFICATE of ACCEPTANCE
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 27281)
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property granted by the
easement dated 01128/2010 from ST. JUDE FINANCIAL, A LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the
purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for
public road, drainage and utility purposes, and will be included into the County
Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669.
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

That portion of Lot 5 in Block 1 of Map of West Riverside, in the County of Riverside, State of
California, per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps at Page 34 thereof, in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California, lying in protracted Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 5 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, within Rubidoux Rancho, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly right -of -way line of Pacific Avenue (40 -foot half
width) with the southwesterly right -of -way line of Mission Boulevard, said point being the most
northerly corner of said Lot 5;
Thence South 16 °01'51" West, along the easterly right -of -way line of said Pacific Avenue and
the westerly line of said Lot 5, a distance of 27.17 feet;
Thence North 68 °33'36" East, departing said easterly right -of -way line and said westerly line, a
distance of 33.02 feet to the southwesterly right -of -way line of said Mission Boulevard, said line
also being the northeasterly line of said Lot 5;
Thence North 58 °51'14" West, along said southwesterly right -of -way line and said northeasterly
