RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2010 -010, accepting various roadways within County Service Area (CSA) 104 for public road and utility purposes, but not into.the� County Maintained Road System. BACKGROUND :' The Riverside County Transportation Department in conjunction with the Economic Development Agency and County Service Area 104 is requesting the acceptance of previously dedicated and reserved roadways that have not yet been accepted for public use. This will allow, future paving of these roads by the CSA as funds become availaple and they prioritize their paving' needs. The' Desert Edge Community Council, and the Sky Valley. Community Council have all been contacted and are in support of this action. Juan C.
