California, per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps at Page 34 thereof, in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California, lying in protracted Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 5 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, within Jurupa Rancho, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Mission Boulevard with the centerline of
Stobbs Way;
Thence South 16 °20'30" West, along the centerline of Stobbs Way, a distance of 60.26 feet;
Thence North 73 °39'30" West, departing said centerline at a right angle, a distance of 30.00 feet

In consideration for the Easement in exhibits "A" and "B ", The Redevelopment
Agency for the County , of Riverside ( "Agency ") agrees to construct, at no cost to
the property owner, a 24 ft. driveway to County Standards at a location within
existing easement along Assessor's Parcel Number 182 -021 -007, along Mission
Boulevard, as agreed to by the property owner of this subject parcel and the
County Transportation Department for the County of Riverside. Agency further
states that should future private development dictate that the driveway has to be
relocated; it shall be done in accordance with County Standards as established
by the Planning Department and at the sole expense of the property owner.
Grantor acknowledges that Agency shall have no further obligations to Grantor or
Grantor's successors. The driveway will be constructed at the same time as the
sidewalk improvements and will be scheduled at the discretion of this Agency.
