Agency further states that should future private development dictate that the driveway has to be relocated; it shall be done in accordance with County Standards as established by the Planning Department and at the sole expense of the property owner. Grantor acknowledges that Agency shall have no further obligations to Grantor or Grantor's successors. The driveway will be constructed at the same time as the sidewalk improvements and will be scheduled at the discretion of this Agency.
