LEGAL DESCRIPTION
DRAINAGE EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 106 of the Resubdivision of Glen Avon Heights, in the
Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of California, as shown on the
map filed in Book 10, Page 100 of Maps, more particularly described as Parcel I in that
certain Grant Deed recorded February 1, 1978 as Instrument No. 20161 of Official
Records, both in the office of the County Recorder of said County, also lying in Section
9, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, being a strip of land,
20.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the Easterly terminus of that certain course in the Southerly line of
Parcel Map No. 32479 shown as having a bearing and distance of "North 88 0 26 1 44" West
987.45 feet" on the map filed in Book 229, Pages 99 through 105, 'inclusive, of Parcel
Maps, in the office of said County Recorder, said Southerly line also being the Northerly
line of said Parcel 1;
Thence North 88 °26'44" West 57.05 feet along said Southerly line to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING;
Thence leaving said Southerly line South 19 °54'24" East 10.74 feet to the Southerly line
of said Parcel 1.
