That portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map 29537 as shown by map on file in Book 215 of
Parcel Maps, at pages 66 through 69 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California,
lying in the northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California, said portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the easterly corner of said Parcel 4, said corner being a point on the
northerly right -of -way line of Cantu- Galleano Ranch Road (varies in width), said point also being
