THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property granted by the easement dated

the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the
County of Riverside on behalf of the public for traffic signals, underground wires, conduit,

County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors

THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, a
public corporation, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, hereby grants to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, a political subdivision, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, a permanent easement
for traffic signals, underground wires, conduit, together with any and all appurtenances
pertaining there to, over, upon, across, and within the real property of Grantor located in the
County of Riverside, State of California, hereinafter referred to as Property. Said Property is
described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit `B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
This easement is granted subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. It is subject to Grantor's paramount right to use the real property for public
purposes for which Grantor acquired the real property.
2. Grantee shall submit, in advance, all plans for installation and construction or
reconstruction of Grantee's facilities to Grantor for review and comment.
3. Grantee shall not construct any facilities that modify the existing drainage onto
Grantor's adjacent property without the prior written consent of Grantor.
4. Grantor's access over and across this easement shall be reasonably maintained by
Grantee during the term of this easement. Any street improvements within the easement are
constructed by Grantee shall be so constructed as not to interfere with Grantor's access to
adjoining property.

S. In the event of abandonment by Grantee of the rights granted herein, they shall
terminate, and Grantee shall thereupon, without cost to Grantor, restore the real property within
the easement area to a condition as near as possible to that which existed prior to Grantee's
occupancy, and deliver to Grantor a quitclaim of easement rights.

Records of San Bernardino County, in the County of Riverside, State of California, described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the north quarter corner of said Section 1 i as shown on Record
of Survey filed in Book 95 at pages 37 through 57 inclusive thereof, of Records of Survey,
Records of Riverside County, California;
THENCE South 00 °51'43" West, a distance of 1112.28 feet along the west line of the
