Being a portion of Lot "A" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 05224 per Document No. 2008-
0504304 recorded September 15, 2008, Official Records of Riverside County, located in
Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 6 East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in
the unincorporated territory of Riverside County, State of California, being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most southerly southwest corner of Lot 237 of Tract 3747 as
recorded in Map Book 65, Pages 60 through 74, inclusive, said point also being a point
in the northerly right -of -way of Boca Chica Trail;
THENCE, along said right -of -way of Boca Chica Trail, South 89 0 58'07" West, 208.34
