RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2010 -080, summarily vacating a portion of Wineville Avenue in the Mira Lorna area. BACKGROUND: The applicant has requested this vacation in conjunction with Economic Development Agency project of the realignment of Wineville Avenue and the Vernola Basin. This project realigned the existing Wineville Avenue to the east to match the roadway to the south, so this portion of right -of -way is no longer needed for the road. The Transportation Department has reviewed the vacation and has no objection. No access will be eliminated to any parcel. Juan C.
