TOGETHER WITH the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter TOGETHER WITH
Government Lots 3, 4, and 5, as described by Deed on file as Instrument No. 2006 - 0098274
Recorded February 8, 2006 O.R., Riverside County, state of California, lying in Section 6,
Township 5 South, Range 2 West, SBM, more particularly describes as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Briggs Road and Nordon Drive, as shown on
