Being a portion of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian, in the County of
Riverside, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 8396, recorded in Book 33 page
77 of Parcel Maps, records of said Riverside County, also being a point in the north line of said North half
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 36;
Thence South 89 °39'04" West, along said north line, a distance of 33.45 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
