RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2010 -132, accepting portions of 15
Avenue, 16` Avenue, Quail Trail, Camino Zangri, Henderson Road, Gail Way and Corkill Road
for public road and utility purposes, but not into the County Maintained Road System.
BACKGROUND: Mission Spring Water District has requested the acceptance of these
roadways to enable their company to install their facilities.

ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF 15" AVENUE, 16 AVENUE, QUAIL TRAIL, CAMINO
ZANGRI, HENDERSON ROAD, GAIL WAY AND CORKILL ROAD IN THE DESERT
HOT SPRINGS AREA, FOR PUBLIC USE.
(Fourth Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portions of 15�' Avenue, 16 Avenue, Quail
Trail, Camino Zangri, Henderson Road, Gail Way and Corkill Road were offered for
dedication for public road and public utility purposes by the maps and documents hereinafter -
referred to, which offers of dedication have not been previously accepted for public use by
the County of Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on .1 8
2010, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication and recognizes that said roads are
public roads open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance
is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road and utility purposes, and is not an acceptance of the roads into the County Maintained
Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said roads

will not become part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted
into said Maintained Road System by a resolution adopted by this Board;
Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are described as follows:
15 Avenue, 16 Avenue Quail Trail Henderson Road and Gail Way (See Exhibit "A ")
15 Avenue (60.00 feet wide), 16 Avenue (30.00 feet wide), Quail Trail ( 30.00 feet
wide), Henderson Road (60.00 feet wide) and Gail Way (30.00 feet wide) as shown on
Record of Survey, recorded in Book 22, Page 25 of Record of Surveys, records of Riverside
County, California.
15 Avenue, Gail Way, Camino Zangri, and Corkill Road, (See Exhibit "A ")
15 Avenue (30.00 feet wide), Gail Way (30.00 feet wide), Camino Zangri ( 60.00 feet
