thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, lying in Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 6 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, being more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of El Cerrito Road with the
centerline of Marilyn Drive as shown on said map;
Thence North 50' 0'41 " East, along the centerline of said El Cerrito Road, a distance of
46.20 feet;
Thence South 39 °49'19" East, departing said centerline, a distance of 26.27 feet to a
point on the southeasterly right-of-way of said El Cerrito Road, said point being on a
non - tangent curve, concave easterly, having a radius of 20.00 feet, a radial line at said
point bears South 60 °22'39" East, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence southwesterly and southerly, along said curve through a central angle of

CERTIFICATE of ACCEPTANCE
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 27281)
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property granted by the
easement dated August 23, 2010 from Andrew J. Hernandez and Marion D.
Hernandez, husband and wife, as ioint tenants, to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public road, drainage and utility purposes,
and will be included into the County Maintained Road System by the undersigned
on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in
County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.
