THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, a public
corporation, does hereby grant to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, a political subdivision of the
State of California, the fee title in the real property located in the County of Riverside, State of
California, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and depicted in Exhibit
B attached hereto;
THE GRANTOR hereby releases and relinquishes to the Grantee any and ail abutter's
rights including access rights appurtenant to Grantor's remaining property;
RESERVING, however, to grantor and its successor's and assigns, the right of access in
and to that public highway at and along; 200 feet located at the intersection of Winchester Road
(State Highway 79) and grantor's Construction Acccss Read as more particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto.

California, the westerly line of said 32 foot wide strip being parallel and concentric with and
50.00 feet easterly of, as measured at right angles and radial to the center line of Winchester
