1 BACKGROUND: The Transportation Department in conjunction with the Economic
Development Agency will be improving Ash Street between 58 Street and 59 Street. This
w action will officially accept previously made dedications so that the road construction can

RESOLUTION NO 2010 -307
ACCEPTING A PORTION OF ASH STREET IN THE PEDLEY AREA
(Second Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described road was offered for dedication for road
and public utility purposes by the documents hereinafter - referred to, which offers of
dedication have not been previously accepted for public use by the County of
Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
November 9 , 2010, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication
and recognizes that said road is a public road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this
acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public road and utility purposes, and is not an acceptance of the road into the
County Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways
Code and that said road will not become part of the County Maintained Road System
unless subsequently accepted into the County Maintained Road System by a resolution
adopted by this board;

E Said road is in Riverside County, California, and is described as follows:
Ash Street (See Exhibit "A ")
That portion of Ash Street (50.00 feet wide) designated as Lot M (shown as J
Street), lying between 58 Street (shown as H Street) and 59 Street (shown as L
Street) as shown on Spardand Unit No. 3 on file in Book 15 page 25 of Maps,
Records of Riverside County, California, together with Lot "B" and Lot "C of Parcel
Map No. 9616 on file in Book 37 page 79 of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside
County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
