THIS 1S TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property granted by the
easement dated October 25, 2010 from the Victor M. Nino and Lilia R. Nino,
husband and wife as ioint_ tenants to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside
on behalf of the public for public road, drainage and utility purposes, and
